It is very significant for all of the employees of UNICOFT to adopt this Environment policy. As the management, we will be unceasingly putting an effort to fulfill the necessary requirements and to improve the effectiveness of the environment policy.

The purpose of these principles is to outline the basic rules to be followed and to prevent any disagreement and conflicts of interest that may arise between employees, business partners, customers and our institution.

The objectives of our Human Resources Policy are the planning, election, recruitment, assignment and the development of the human resources that will enable the execution of activitieseffectively and efficiently along our company.

Management of UNICOFT is resolute to guarantee its Health and Safety policy and to apply an Integrated Management System which is efficient, dynamic and fully compatible with the norms of OHSAS 18001 and covers all the components of it, and which covers all the activities of the company.

UNICOFTaims to produce and provide service in accordance with the national and international standards, developing technological conditions and customer demands by continuously increasing the quality level.

Our aim is to determine the principles of purchasing management aiming to protect the interests and resources of UNICOFT and to describe the authorities and responsibilities and scope and operation of procurement transactions to meet the needs and demands.

Our purpose is to prevent our employees from using drugs, alcohol and cigarettes, and to shape a responsible working environment in the direction of the objectives of UNICOFT.
